I am traveling abroad for a longer period of time and am therefore generally switching to eBill for the payment of my invoices. When will this finally be possible with Cembra? I have already made several inquiries with Cembra, but I have never received an answer!!! PS. I know LSV, but I don't want to use it because I want to check my invoices before releasing them for payment.

I share Mr. ASder's opinion regarding eBill. The invoice from Cembra is the only (!) monthly invoice that I cannot process via eBill. I would be pleased if this were introduced soon.
Hello MBW, as Migros is changing card issuer in 2022 (now Migrosbank), nothing will change at Cembra. We can only hope that you will be able to pay with eBill at Migrosbank...
This is because Cembra earns more money if the customer finds it as difficult as possible to pay the bill on time. Other credit card providers such as Migros and TCS do not manage to demand this from their card providers on behalf of their customers. What a pity, what a pity. I have already changed providers because of this, good idea.

I agree with you. LSV is not really a solution as it is billed automatically. I'm thinking about switching to another free credit card that supports eBill.... It's a real shame that they're not making the move here.

I would wait until the middle of the year to make the switch, then the Cumulus credit card will change from Cembra to Migros Bank. It is very likely that Migros Bank will then offer e-bill.
Not offering eBill is mandatory for Cembra...quite simply, everyone who does not use LSV misses the payment deadline from time to time and that is a lucrative business for Cembra (steep interest on arrears)!!!!!

I've been away from Cembra for a long time! I'm very happy with the Cumulus Card from Migros Bank and they also offer eBill 😀.

Hello @ASder Thank you for your message. There are currently no plans to introduce eBill. The cross-industry solution from SIX "QR-bills" was recently introduced for our credit cards. This will further simplify the payment process for customers and we offer LSV to our customers as an alternative to eBill. Payments are released automatically and punctual transfers are guaranteed. LSV collection takes place approx. 10 days after invoicing. Furthermore, discrepancies on the invoice can be reported within 30 days. In addition, the LSV transfer can be withdrawn via the debiting bank within 30 days without giving reasons. To protect customer data, we only use the mailbox in our eService for electronic customer communication." We could not find the error regarding the LSV form on the Cembra website.
