Why have you taken the very, very popular spelt bread mix with chia out of your range? Just because the delivery didn't work out? The bread mix was so popular that it was almost always out of stock. Please put this bread mix back on the shelves!
Can't a new spelt flour product be put on the shelves? It also seems to me that spelt is becoming more and more popular and people want to move away from wheat. Of course, if there is only one spelt alternative among dozens of wheat flours, then it is possible that wheat will sell more. But the "spelt trend" has been around for some time and such products would certainly be popular in the range. It doesn't have to be the exact same spelt flour, but a spelt alternative to wheat would be desirable.

Hoi indios, unfortunately the bread mix was not as popular across all stores in Switzerland as you think. We have therefore removed it from our range without replacement and are not planning to bring it back. Best regards, Sina

Hello guggelhaar, unfortunately there are no plans to offer this item again. However, we have many other bread baking mixes in our range, such as the M-Classic Sunflower Seed Bread, the Organic 5 Wholemeal Bread, the Organic Farmer's Bread etc. - perhaps there is something suitable for you here.
