It is just as possible that we no longer deliver the same quantity to this store as we used to - for example, because we realized that we had to dispose of a lot of the product in the past - because demand has fallen. Of course, it is just as possible that a product does better in one store than in another. But that's no reason for us to leave the product in the range because of fewer stores - the sales figures in all our stores are relevant. Every business has to be profitable. Migros too. Wait a minute. I also miss this ready-made bread mix and I have always found that this flour was quickly sold out in our Migros. During the corona lockdown, this very flour was even sold out first. I can't imagine that this flour would ever have had to be disposed of in our store - it doesn't have such a short shelf life. I think it's a shame that Migros doesn't take the sales figures of the individual stores into consideration. I also prefer spelt - because almost all other bread always contains wheat. Can't a new spelt flour product be put on the shelves? It also seems to me that spelt is becoming more and more popular and people want to move away from wheat. Of course, if there is only one spelt alternative among dozens of wheat flours, then it is possible that wheat will sell more. But the "spelt trend" has been around for some time and such products would certainly be popular in the range. It doesn't have to be the exact same spelt flour, but a spelt alternative to wheat would be desirable.
