Hello dear Migros!
I have recently started to bake our own bread...now I have noticed that many recipes contain ingredients that are unfortunately difficult to find here in Switzerland:
- Baking malt
- sugar beet syrup
- bread spice
As I like to shop locally and not abroad, would it be great if these products could be found in my local Migros in the near future?

It's not as hard to get as it seems!
You can get baking malt at the drugstore and/or health food store.
It's dry malt from Morga, if I'm not mistaken about the brand.

He probably also has liquid malt, which is a thick, brown syrup.
Sugar beet syrup can certainly be replaced with molasses.
The only thing I don't know is the bread spice, although I am a baker.
Bread can of course be seasoned in many different ways! Whether caraway, aniseed or
other seeds etc. many things are possible.

And please urgently add locust bean gum, sourdough powder and guar gum to your range. I like to bake myself and don't want to keep going abroad (which unfortunately isn't possible now anyway)

You do know that Migros is not the only store in Switzerland where you could get something like this, which you should know will never be the case? Just where you live there are a few more specialized stores, go there, it's closer than abroad (but less convenient than going to Migros I understand)
