Please keep the old system

Bitte altes System beibehalten

I also think it's a shame that the good old blue vouchers are to be abolished. The 10X points system from CHF 100 is of no use to me at all, as a single person does NOT normally make such large purchases at once.
The extra system is also of little or no use to me. I hope that in the end there will be a system that works for everyone and that everyone can benefit.

Or 48 hours? Otherwise certainly not bad...

I would also very much welcome it if they followed the example of the other orange giant, namely being able to load vouchers onto the Cumulus card - but not as complicated as the competition with the 24-hour validity. A voucher should be active from the time it is activated online until the end of its validity period - unless it is redeemed beforehand by making a corresponding purchase. And again, please not just for Famigros members.

It's just in the Coop magazine, if you have the app, you can also activate the whole thing on the way. I still have a family now, but when the children grow up, will we be kicked out of the program? That's why I think it's only fair if the other non-family members, regardless of which Orange letter they are, are all treated equally. But then it's probably no longer special? The products you need can also be divided up.

Coop's media release last Friday stated that the option was "initially only available to Hello Family members". This probably means that everyone else will be able to enjoy this option at some point in the future. And: You won't be kicked out of the Hello Family Club. Because unlike Famigros, it's not a requirement that you have children - everyone can join.

I also find the old system better, because I don't always buy for CHF 100.00 and therefore rarely have a multiple receipt. This changeover is not worthwhile for me.

It's simple! the old system was good for customers but not for Migros. With the new system we try to shop for 100Fr. so Migros sells more and earns more.

That's exactly what I think, they sell us the new as good, but it's in the other direction. But nobody comes along and says, yes, you're right. As I said, we're already noticing it. It's also good that this site exists, which is not the case with C.... is not like that, if you write something there, you might get an answer. And maybe M will find a deal in between so that everyone benefits.

Am I the only one who thinks that the new system is no worse? I got my second statement this week and received about the same number of blue vouchers as usual. (I.e. there are apparently no more 20 franc vouchers, I received one 10 franc voucher and the rest in 5 franc vouchers). vouchers) There is now also no upper limit! So I always get double Cumulus. Before, I was often a few francs short of an additional voucher. Towards the end, I always had to check the Internet to see if I had enough turnover for another voucher. Or then I was a little over and the sales expired. That no longer happens.
Another tip for those who think it's tedious to have a double receipt with you. Simply fold it lengthways and put it in your wallet with the notes.

Casalinga, your tip for the 2-fold receipt doesn't help either.... I had already done it that way.... Nevertheless, it's just confusing with those stupid receipts. I don't like having my wallet full of these huge things... and then I have to rummage around at the till to find the right slip. The customers behind me will also get upset... In my opinion, the only right thing to do is to stop printing the 'Papierfözel' and save it on the Cumulus card!!! That way, customers who make a lot of purchases are automatically rewarded without having to worry about all the slips of paper and receipts.

The points you had were carried over to the next collection period and did not expire. Only if you bought less than the vouchers, then the money expired, there was nothing back. If your sales are lower than that, then they probably don't print 20 more, because in the past they used to have 2 slips of paper with receipts, now there's only enough for one page. I used to have 3 x20 receipts, now I don't even have 30 in total. And if you pay by card? Then it's no use putting them in your notes, and your wallet is also a decisive factor in where and how you can get your notes. I've already lost one because I have to collect all the receipts for my bookkeeping, and if you have more than that, it's not always easy to keep track. What works for one person doesn't necessarily work for another. What happens if you use the notes in another store and the 2x falls out.... can also happen.
On the card has advantages and disadvantages, because, before = no more notes, after = if I buy for 20, then the 2x is credited to me, but then a week later I buy for 90....which is already gone, (unless I can say whether I want to redeem it or not) then I get fewer points!!!! Then I also make a loss, so to speak. Nothing of advantage....!! :-(
