The extra system is also of little or no use to me. I hope that in the end there will be a system that works for everyone and that everyone can benefit.

Regarding the blue Cumulus vouchers: absolutely nothing has changed in this system. There is still one Cumulus point for every franc spent and these points are paid out in blue Cumulus vouchers every two months.
Until now, there was an additional sales bonus, where additional blue Cumulus vouchers were paid out for sales of CHF 1,000 or more within two months. However, only a few customers benefited from this sales bonus and many customers never or only rarely achieved this level of sales. That's why this bonus is no longer available, but a 2x bonus coupon will be issued directly at the checkout for purchases over 100 francs. For purchases over 500 francs, there is a 5x coupon.

I also find it exciting how recent innovations have resulted in extra work for cashiers and longer waiting times for customers (scanning the Famigros card twice, printing the bonus voucher, etc.).

Although I shop a lot and often, I rarely reach the 100 franc limit. I actually find this unfair, as I buy quite a lot, but mostly in the 50-80 franc range. The old system was really better and yes, I also think that Migros benefits more here than the customer.
it's not great either. before i managed all the 1000.- and now with the 2x$ slips i have even more "stuff" in my wallet and i've already thrown the slip away because i thought it was the receipt... receipts are handy and small and fit perfectly in a wallet, but the miserably long 2x 5x receipts are just a joke :D
