Organic vinegar in plastic bottles

Bio-Essig in Palstikflaschen

Hello
Organic vinegars are now only available in plastic bottles. Not good for the flavor, very bad for the environment. And you know that plastic particles dissolve and end up in the food. Very disappointing and backward. I no longer buy vinegar at Migros.
Kind regards

For me it is crucial that the vinegar is CLEAN, that the container does not transfer any substances, and that microplastics are not ubiquitous and thus enter my body "through all channels" (via air, rain, snow, drinking water, food; especially the poor marine animals and also algae, which would be healthy to eat and valuable as fertilizer, are contaminated). On the other hand, Migros and apparently the Federal Office are in favour of plastic because of the lower transport weight. I find this focus, this weighting of aspects totally wrong. At the moment it seems convenient, but the long-term consequences are not understood, I think, these particles are everywhere and no one can "catch" them anymore, bring them back "into the bottle of the sorcerer's apprentice (who frighteningly misunderstands the relations)".
