I bought it with a lot of enthusiasm, but it still didn't defrost for the prescribed 5 hours through the Vermicelles appliance, only crumbs came out... Much too dry, says my friend! What's going on?

Because Migros apparently can no longer even offer a decent organic Vermicelles puree, I recommend Coop, which can do it, with roughly the same ingredients and it can be pressed very well through the Vermicelles press when defrosted: Naturaplan Organic Chestnut Puree.
I agree with this recommendation, it's really good. Coop can do it - once again.
