On my first attempt, I had an error message because I had forgotten to select the form of address (Mr. or Mrs.).
During my test to find out the costs of the hotline, I did not send the form without a valid telephone number. It was nothing less than the telephone number of a Migros branch (as already mentioned here,copied frommy last Migros receipt). The conditions of participation state: "Competition prizes that cannot be delivered to the winners at the address given on the website will be forfeited without replacement. "In case of questions/identity verification... they already have our e-mail address anyway. The unease remains: why the telephone number❓?
? whoever calls the hotline also leaves a telephone number (of the caller)...
And why is it so bad to give your phone number?
Maybe they want the number in case they suspect that you really exist...?
And you are only requesting a voucher.
Just in case and, of course, because you are simply collecting all the data.
Maybe there's no particular reason for it, someone just worked it out that way...? But it would be strange, everything has a reason.

If you dutifully give your telephone number everywhere, you shouldn't be surprised if you are constantly bombarded with advertising calls. That's exactly why I don't do it. I only give my phone number where it's really necessary, and that's not the case with a free entry to a competition where the aim is to generate a game code.
No, I don't give them out "everywhere", but many people do. But I don't get many advertising calls.
I don't answer numbers I don't know. You can google the unknown ones...

Why is it in such a hurry? This is not like the 2x, 3x Cumulus vouchers, which have to be redeemed within a few days to a maximum of weeks.the zoo tickets are valid until the end of October 2020 ?

I'm guessing it goes in order from top to bottom, so confirm code first, and then you can take your time to look around and consider/discuss with family where you want to go. Or are the tickets only issued for a specific zoo that you have to choose from the start?
You choose the zoo and receive a ticket for this zoo.
It takes a few days for it to arrive. So first think about where to go and then request a ticket.
What if these "empty" stickers could be used as jokers to redeem missing pictures, and duplicate pictures could be exchanged when the stickers are finished. This would also make sense in order to enjoy the full booklet!!!!!!!

That was much better with the good old Silva books from the former Silva publishing house:
"The first books were published while the Second World War was still raging. The first book was Heidi (Volume I). Anyone could obtain the books (without pictures) from the publisher at a price of Fr. 4.80 each. The pictures to be glued into the books were distributed by the cooperative in return for vouchers ("Silva points"), which were obtained by purchasing products from companies affiliated to the "Silva picture service". The vouchers were printed on the packaging of the goods, e.g. Banago, Incarom, etc."
Instead of the "companies affiliated with the "Silva picture service"", items from Migros' own brands simply count. In this way, Mania gives them a special boost, at least temporarily.
The "Mania" stickers with logo are meant as "joy", because the Mania's with stickers are always so popular.
The LOGO STICKERS can be EXCHANGED for "normal" stickers but only at the EXCHANGE EXCHANGE...
Grgrgr I have to drive around and have time on that very day....?!!
And they are so "early" that I don't have that many stickers yet.
