The limited sticker exchange is really frustrating... and totally customer-unfriendly. But it's probably intentional (the aim is to keep customers hunting for stickers and shopping diligently to get stickers).

=> I haven't shopped at Migros for a long time now, to my great regret I have to say... but if Migros takes all the products that I like out of its range and offers no equivalent alternatives, as long as the quality of berries, fruit, vegetables, etc. is better at the competition, etc., then I'll just go to the competition, sorry to say. With Coop it depends a bit on how big the store is; I have the feeling that the quality is a bit better in larger stores, the price is the same everywhere at Coop... Unfortunately, Denner doesn't have everything.

=> that depends on the employees (I don't think they have been given explicit instructions to remind customers of the stickers; it's also not really in Migros' interest, because if you forget the stickers, you go back into the store and buy other things to get stickers etc., so you increase sales); there are more attentive and less attentive employees and those who don't care about anything...

Funny, in my area the events days were on August 23rd and 24th. So they were already over. What's more, at that point I didn't even know which stickers I would be missing at the end. I just think it's a shame that they advertise 4 stickers per sachet, but then only 3 are actually usable. It's also a shame that Famigros members no longer receive extra sachets. But Migros wants to make sales and not give anything away.
Otherwise it's great, the children enjoy it.

I've never been to a swap event like this, but I wonder if the limit of 15 stickers isn't because of the queue and you'd be allowed to queue up again straight afterwards.
The stickers are a nuisance, but I don't see them as a reason to stop shopping at Migros. It's enough to simply stop collecting stickers in future.
A week ago, I had a discussion with a neighbor. She had just started collecting them. She mainly uses online platforms to collect stickers.

No, I couldn't swap, it's ONLY for CHILDREN.
So, for example, if you have a sick child = no swapping...

It always said on the receipt how many stickers there were. And I guess to make it easier for the cashiers to see how many the customer gets. It has been changed.
