Too bad! We get a few stickers with at least one purchase and Migros. And the ones exchanged via Migros are then thrown away?
You could at least pass them on to schools.
How about this?
Sticker set with the number on the packaging. (would really be 1-4, 5-8-, 9-12....) and as a surprise golden sticker, winning sticker and possibly a special sticker. And special effects, metallic, glitter, noctilucent, scented.... sometimes at random with the normal ones in between.
Or
I would then offer the numbered ones for sale with the minimum purchase. That way, everyone can choose which number they get and there is no fraudulent buying (because of winning stickers in between).
Or, buy normal stickers as a set or several sets.
Special stickers at the cash desk (with effects...and also prizes), free of charge when purchased.
These are then "valuable". You would then have to check how often stickers can be purchased, per purchase, per day? And minimum purchase, what amount....?

Lack of swap meets and mine was so early I had nothing to swap....?
@Traberli: and even if you'd had something to swap, you wouldn't have known what to exchange it for, because it wasn't/isn't yet known which stickers you'll get when you go shopping in the coming weeks. The swap meets would only really make sense in October when no more new sachets are added.

Coop is significantly worse in terms of quality in our region (price / quality depending on the store). But Migros hmhmhmhm.... Denner doesn't have everything either.
It won't be good if it continues like this. I think many people will now also buy from "non-Swiss" stores.

Coop seems to be a lot better than Migros. It's a real shame what Migros is doing again with the stickers. Things will probably only change when so many customers drop out that Migros is hit harder in terms of sales. As long as customers let off steam here in the forum but continue to shop at Migros, hardly anything will ever change in this respect. Migros knows that too...
