Many thanks for the detailed explanations! That must have cost Migros BE and ZH a small fortune.
In my case, it would fail due to the lack of a smartphone and credit card. Thank you for warning me and that I'm not looking forward to it in vain.

As a customer, you need a credit card, but you can order on your PC - you don't need a smartphone. The credit card is needed because the amount + courier's fee is reserved on the credit card exactly when the delivery person pays - the final charge is made when the customer has received the goods and is satisfied with them.
The delivery person must have a smartphone with the Amigos app installed. The orderer's message will then appear on this app for all the deliverers in the area and the first deliverer who accepts will receive the order. They make their purchase and pay at the checkout or self-checkout using their chosen payment method, and a QR code is probably also displayed on the app for this entire list, as the Migros checkout or Subito station needs to know which credit card the purchase must be reserved for. However, the actual payment is first made by the delivery person. - As soon as the goods have been delivered correctly and accepted by the customer, Migros makes a transfer to the debit account deposited by the delivery person + payment for the work (7.90+ 2.00 per additional bag).... means that I should pay for these orders with the same debit account in order to keep track of my own purchases... From my point of view, this is quite inconvenient for the deliverer, considering the delivery fee of 7.90 + 2.00 per additional bag. I'm still wondering how this is regulated with the additional bags.... ;-)
Of course, it's much easier to arrange this with friends/neighbors: The person placing the order hands the person bringing the order a shopping list As the person bringing the order, I then go through the staffed checkout and place all the items I have bought on the conveyor belt - my own purchases separated by the "next customer marker" - I pay for the customer's items in cash, even if I pay for my own purchase by card.I deliver and receive the amount back in cash, including the tip.
Alternatively, you can also do it with a loaded Migros Cashcard (gift card) - the new CashCard balance is shown on the checkout slip in addition to the amount paid - transparent and verifiable for the customer... then you simply receive a tip in cash.

@Cinderella1925: You're right, with most prepaid card providers you have to pay a fee to top up your card. However, you can also use a normal credit card as a prepaid card, as the account and reference number always remain the same.
@Bodenseeknusperlis saysit all - credit cards are literally thrown at you and you have to be rather concerned that they don't consider you too creditworthy... ;-)
Alternatively, there is the possibility of PickMup through leShop, but the minimum order price is 99 CHF and not possible in the Sion-Buchs SG Alpine arc - but otherwise even free delivery and it also works with frozen products and against invoice (if credit check ok).
In Ticino, Pro Senectute also offers a delivery service. You can order there by phone and the person even goes to Becker and the butcher and migros, you get everything!
