WHY IS 90% of the vegetables in Migros stores packed in unnecessary plastic bags?! I avoid plastic as much as possible! And with fresh produce it would be sooo easy! I refuse to buy these unnecessarily packaged products and wish for more open fresh!!! It is also incomprehensible and unpeaktisch that many products are pre-portioned!

The percentage referred to certainlymeans organic products...
The law requires this because of the risk of confusion if "organic" and "non-organic" are offered by the same seller.
This does not apply where only organic products are offered. = organic farm or market stall of such a business.... then the entire market stall is simply labeled as such.
Just a spatial separation in the same sales outlet from the same seller is not enough.

Plastic and packaging have been a perennial issue for years: plastic and packaging sorted in descending order.
I would still understand this argument. But unfortunately, even all of them are NOT organic in plastic at the moment! :(

These superficial answers from the Migros scribblers only show that Migros does not take the concerns of its customers seriously and does not want to commit itself to meaningful measures towards a low-energy society. The opposite is the case. Just advertising for the cooperative is simply not enough.

I was just wondering why, for example, cans of chickpeas in packs of 3 are packaged in plastic? Couldn't there simply be a special offer sign saying that you get 20% off if you buy 3 cans of chickpeas or more?
