I needed 200g for a recipe, so I put in a 200g packet and guess what! 168g (170g with packaging). Next time I'll weigh at the store

I think it's one of the best butters. It's a bit more expensive, but you should treat yourself to something for your daily bread 😉.
Formerly our number 1, recently too much water/liquid leaked out (if you put the butter in a butter dish and press on it with the flat side of a knife, for example). Will now try various other butters first.
