They are gluten-free
Hi Brotgood, the product Fiesta del Sol Corn Tortillas does not contain any gluten-containing ingredients and no carry-over is to be expected (no information on this). If a product contains gluten-containing ingredients, this must be openly stated, indicating the grains that contain it (wheat, spelt, rye, barley, etc.). In the case of products without gluten-containing ingredients (according to the list of ingredients) and without any indication, it can be expected that gluten is not present or that any content is less than 200mg/kg or liter of ready-to-eat food.
