Tiptop in taste. Unfortunately, they became brittle quite quickly when cooked in the oven.
Well, they don't taste that great and break when rolled up. But it's good that they're gluten-free.
I appreciate that it is pure corn flour. Brittleness is undisputed, but an acceptable compromise for taste without wheat.

Finally there are tortillas made from pure corn flour. I really like the slightly sweet, delicate taste of roasted corn. Heated briefly in a frying pan, they stay nice and soft, moist and supple. I find the smaller size perfect for using them in different ways, e.g. as a side dish like bread.

Taste is authentic but you can't eat them without them breaking apart. Can't stand wet food or reheating in the oven. That's a shame! Especially for the no gluten ones. And they're so small....
Unfortunately, they are crumbly and dry. Rather small for filling. The taste didn't convince us. We prefer to stick with the large wheat tortillas.
