I am disappointed here too. On the one hand, I received the first of my Delizio coffee machines almost as a gift. The second one didn't last long. Now I'm already using the third one, which I had to buy again. The coffee is no longer the same and doesn't taste good at all. I'm buying a new coffee machine next month and will be switching to the Royal capsules. Perhaps you can make me a fair offer.

It seems to us that the taste of the coffee is inferior and the capsules are filled with very little coffee.
If it doesn't improve, we will switch to another supplier.
It's no use if there's a promotion and I need 2 capsules.
