My machine, which has just arrived, has made less than 20 coffees. The noise is about average for a coffee machine. I won't evaluate how it works, as I don't have the necessary hindsight. The Espresso and Lungo forte coffees are good, but not up to the standard of coffee ground just before brewing. One point to note: you have to take the coffee balls out of their packaging one after the other to make different types of coffee. The coffee balls all have the same appearance and color, making them impossible to identify.

Coffee taste is great. We drink lungo. 1st generation coffee machine is loud and vibrates a lot. The 9-ball packaging bothers us. It's probably to conceal the price, but it definitely needs a large pack too

No possibility of making longer coffees Dispenser works very badly Does not rotate when full

Machine is ok, but Illy is not my taste, there are too few varieties for espresso, but the overall impression is good.

I haven't been using the machine for long, but first impressions are good, easy to use, very pretty in red. Café Royal is not my cup of tea, but Illy is great! We were particularly impressed by the compostable balls. Packaging is just ok, perhaps more balls per pack would be desirable...

Beautiful design, easy to use, easy to clean, coffee taste still takes some getting used to, great: waste completely recyclable I'm sticking with it!
