I am very satisfied overall. I was particularly surprised that the coffee is so hot. I think that's great. And no more bitter coffee.

I'm very disappointed by this machine, which looks so attractive. The quality is not up to scratch. After 4 days, the coffee no longer flows, it goes into the capsule collector. Everything is plastic. Too bad!

A super product in every respect except for the coffee dispenser which only blocks and with which you absolutely cannot use this dispenser. I have now bought four of these coffee machines and unfortunately the dispenser cannot be used with any of them. What a pity.

I like the machine, it's like most capsule machines. It has its noisy moments, twice it groans when you let out a coffee, then it's the usual whirring. The lever that goes up by itself is a nice gimmick. Unfortunately, it's only on the right-hand side when you're standing in front of the coffee machine - I would have preferred it on the left. The coffee tastes like capsule coffee, but I have never tasted any difference to more expensive machines. Previously had a French press for a year, was pleasant but not as efficient. I chose this machine because of its environmental credentials. The only question I still have in this regard is how much coffee is used for one cup - it feels like more than I used to need for 1 liter in the French press.

Very fine coffee, quick and easy service!

I returned the first machine because it kept malfunctioning. The second machine is not much better, but I now know its "quirks". For example, the lever only sometimes goes up on its own, most of the time it stays down. The balls sometimes get stuck in the rotating container. The balls have broken several times when the lever has been pushed down. The necessary cleaning procedure is then quite time-consuming. I was not offered a warranty exchange for the first machine because I could not clearly prove the date of purchase. I have now registered the second machine and received 6 packs of coffee balls in return. Thank you!

I'm not happy with the appliance. The lever is constantly jammed. It doesn't go up automatically when the cleaning process is finished either. The balls keep getting stuck and don't fall into the container as intended. Before you know it, the machine is blocked. I just don't want to have to clear the machine by hand after every coffee. It's really annoying. Especially before the early shift at the start of the day, it should be relaxed and not start with a daily task straight away. The machine is cleaned regularly. That's not the problem.
