The Chäschüchli from the open shop has a base made from cake dough, while the frozen M-Classic Chäschchüechli is made with a base made from puff pastry. The cake base contains cake fat (palm oil-free) made from rapeseed and olive oil. The puff pastry base is made with a vegetable margarine (palm oil-free) made from rapeseed oil and olive oil.
