«Customers appreciate the CoffeeB machine's eco-friendly concept and compostable coffee "balls," with many praising the good taste of the coffee and the machine's sleek design. However, some users report issues with the machine's reliability and functionality, such as problems with the pump and dispensing mechanism. A few also find the coffee not hot enough or lacking in intensity compared to other systems. Despite these mixed experiences, the environmental benefits and innovative features are well-regarded.»

I like the functionality of the machine! It is easy to use and works reliably! I really like the energy efficiency and the fact that it switches off quickly. I find it a little negative that the coffee often doesn't get really hot. You first have to heat the cup with the hot water function, then it gets better.
I don't find the coffee quality all that convincing. Most varieties are too watery for me and the aroma doesn't really come into its own! I think the Illy balls are the best, they are a bit stronger and more aromatic, but they don't quite come close to a really good espresso!

I think the machine is okay except for the ball turning at the top. The turntable doesn't work at all.
Then there's the customer service from Coffe B's customer service department. I recently placed an order with a voucher code sent to me. Unfortunately, the promised gift did not arrive. The voucher was clearly activated in the store, the customer advisor Madalina said it should have been added to the shopping cart beforehand and therefore she did not send me the gift. If the voucher code even contains the name of the gift, it should be logical. I won't be ordering anything else with such a low level of goodwill. Not to forget, we are talking about a gift that is not worth 2.

The coffee machine itself is very good, beautifully designed and very easy to use.
However, I haven't found the right coffee yet, as I like it a little stronger.

The machine is recommendable. Unfortunately, the amount of water per coffee cannot be influenced. There are 2 fixed quantities. The coffees made are always tasty and good, in my opinion there is not enough foam
I won the machine, unfortunately the attachment for depositing the coffee ball was not included.

I won the coffee machine in the coffee competition and am now very happy to try it out. I really like the design of the machine. I also like the concept of the compostable capsules. I drink the coffee without caffeine - I think it's very good, especially with frothed milk.

I have always been fascinated by the concept of compostable balls. Unfortunately, due to the high purchase price of the machine and the expensive balls, I've always done without them. But now my Nespresso machine has reached the end of its life and I've decided to buy the CoffeeB system. My conclusion: the machine is beautifully designed. But that's the end of the positives. Every espresso I drink is incredibly watery and therefore undrinkable. The lungo coffee is only drinkable with a lot of milk. When I ordered the machine, I also received a coffee starter pack containing six packs of different types of lungo and espresso. Whether from the Café Royal or Illy brand, they are unfortunately all undrinkable. My house guests weren't exactly enthusiastic about the so-called "pure coffee enjoyment" either. My solution: I switched back to Nespresso.

Unfortunately, the machine is not fully developed. We switched to this system at the end of May 2023 and are now on our third machine. The first one lasted until April 2024, but the second one stopped working at the end of June 2024. It was probably a problem with the water pump or the ball piercing, but no more coffee comes out - with normal consumption. We'll probably be using the third machine for a few more weeks until it gives up the ghost too. The coffee is good and the idea with the balls is good too, but the quality of the machine/lifespan needs to be improved. I can't drink that many balls until it's sustainable again ;)

I have owned a Coffe B coffee machine for 1/2 year. However, the coffee is always disproportionately cold. However, I don't rinse the pipes with hot water due to time constraints, and I know that dispensing coffee without a ball would heat up the pipes. However, I don't want to do this due to time constraints. Can't the machine be set to a higher operating temperature? Unfortunately, I am not currently using the environmentally friendly product for this reason, cold coffee.
