Favorite soft cheese, simply heavenly
Very good at the beginning of the date. Then became more refined and gave an unpleasant taste for me. Expensive.
One of the few soft cheeses that is lactose-free. Tip: don't eat it straight away at home. It still matures and then the Caprice is perfect.
