Let's try it this way: Why has the 700g version not been available in St.Gallen and the surrounding area for a few years now, despite our own in-house bakery? To get straight to the point: No, the Urdinkel or Buurezopf are not alternatives... And neither are the other versions. Why is such a common size being taken off the market? 500g is too little, 900g is too much... I look forward to your feedback!

As we offer the Buurezopf 700g in our branches with in-house bakeries and it is very popular with our customers, we have also decided to stop offering the Butterzopf 700g in parallel due to food waste. We will continue to offer the Butterzopf in the 900g, 500g and 300g versions.
