Why can't you make the plait in central Switzerland (Migros Lucerne territory) in the same way as in Bern or the entire Migros Aare territory? The Central Swiss plait has nothing to do with "Züpfe", dries out immediately and doesn't even hint at butter.
You can taste the indegences very well

Better than in the bakery and still fine after 2-3 days
On Sunday morning, plaited bread is already like "rubber" without firmness. Not baked enough for my taste. (Plaits from Migros Stans & Buochs)
Can't imagine Sunday breakfast WITHOUT the best comes from Migros Sursse
