Since when has Brother been making pans for Migros? And if they're already at my side, can they also cook for me? :)
Hi diverix, many thanks for your tip and the photo. Great idea :-)! It looks like we'll be cooking it ourselves. There seems to have been a mistake with the logo. We will adjust the picture as soon as possible. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Too bad :( That would have been innovative ;) Incidentally, the logo is wrong for several pans.
Hello diverix, thank you very much for your feedback. The suggestion is actually not bad :-). Apparently the online link does not seem to be correct for several products. We will look into this and make the necessary changes. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Yesterday while cooking, the coating at the bottom came off (see photo). For a frying pan that is not that old (approx. 2 years old, unfortunately no receipt and can no longer be found in the app) and not cheap, it's not good at all. I hope I get a new one for it. migipedia, what do you think?
Hello wirbelsturm73, thank you for your message. We are sorry that the product has some discrepancies. We need the following information so that we can make further clarifications for you: - Diameter in cm - How do you clean the pan? Thank you in advance for your valuable support. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Hi thanks for the reply -It is the 24cm frying pan -Wash it with a soft sponge and normal washing up liquid or in the dishwasher and as you can see in the background I cook on a glass ceramic hob.

Hello :) Can I boil the pan with water? Or should I wash it with washing-up liquid? Best regards
Hello Paul_0815, thank you for your inquiry. We recommend washing the pan with washing-up liquid and a soft sponge. If necessary, you can also leave it to soak. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why are Teflon pans (PFOA) still being sold here when their sale has been banned in the EU since 2020!????
Hello MB88, thank you for your question. Correct, the use of PFOA has been banned in the EU and Switzerland since 2020. This pan is a PTFE coating (the best known is Teflon®). In the past, PFOA was used to produce this coating. Today, other alternative substances are used for the production of PTFE coatings. Our pans have been PFOA-free for over 10 years. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Thank you. That's good. Let's hope that PTFE coatings are not also harmful to health.

How high can the pan be heated?
Hello FreexMy, thank you for your question. The maximum heat in the oven is 160°C and 260°C on the hob. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Can anyone tell me what the guarantee for the pans is for? I have had the pots and pans for over a year and some of the coating is already gone.
Hello brownchoco, thank you for your question. The warranty is valid for 2 years if the instructions for use are followed and the pans are used properly. You are welcome to bring the pans to the customer service desk in your Migros store with a receipt. In the current situation, we understand that you should want to avoid an extra visit to your branch. Please write us a message via the contact form and send us the following information: Photos of the receipt and the item (including details of the diameter) so we can make further clarifications for you. Click here for the contact form: https://www.migros.ch/de/services/kundendienst/infoline/produkt.html. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
That didn't help. As my base is black at the bottom, they accused me of using the pan too hot. I was therefore unable to make use of the guarantee. I will never buy such pans/pots again. Perhaps someone has had similar experiences to me. They write up to 260°C themselves.
Hello brownchoco, please send us a message via the contact form including photos of the top and bottom of the pan, item number and a copy of the receipt. Click here for the contact form: https://www.migros.ch/de/services/kundendienst/infoline/produkt.html. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
I sent an e-mail with a photo to the Infoline on February 15, 2021. I no longer have the receipt. I only had the problem with one pot. I would be happy if you could check this again.
Hello brownchoco, thank you for your feedback. We will check this and get back to you directly by email. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

I find it somehow confusing that the pan is called "titanium" and then the coating is not titanium but Teflon.
Hello minuskel, thank you for your inquiry. The pan body of the Titan series is made of aluminum. The name "titanium" comes from the hard base coating (titanium oxide combined with aluminum oxide), which is sprayed onto the pan in a special process. This base coating is harder than steel or iron, but has no non-stick properties. For this reason, the inside of the pan is coated with a 3-layer non-stick plastic coating. This soft, plastic-based PTFE coating is analogous to the coatings on pans with the brand name Teflon. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
