Very good! Easy to clean and nothing sticks to it.
The non-stick properties are great, the rim could be a little higher.

Very poor quality.
The black part (tinted?) started to come off after a few uses and a rust color appeared.
I've stopped using it because the food sticks to it and I'm afraid of the particles (possibly toxic) that stick to the food.
The pan has very poor heat conduction and consumes more energy.
Otherwise the pan is good.
I bought Titan pans for years and thought they were really great. The "Pro" series, which is not quite cheap, is the successor to TITAN :-).
I even have to scrape the fried egg out of the pan, despite using a lot of olive oil. The Rösti (ready-made) from Migros, which needs no additional fat, is impossible to fry in this pan. (The crispy lid gets stuck in the pan when you turn it.) Also look for the different colors on the bottom of the pan in the store rack. Something is wrong.

Finally a pan that is the perfect size, has a straight rim and is of super quality so that the non-stick coating is not scratched after the first use.
