Very, very bad. 35 grams of Bon Chef Hollandaise sauce used to cost CHF 1.65. Now 17 grams cost CHF 1.65!
Not only has the price of Bon Chef Hollandaise Sauce doubled, the new recipe has also increased the proportion of saturated fatty acids by 19.4% from 7.2gr to 8.6gr (per 100ml of finished product).
And - even worse - the amount of sugar tripled! from 1.8gr to 5.3gr (per 100ml finished product).
It was the last time I bought Bon Chef Hollandaise sauce. In future I will make it myself.
