Was surprised by a negative taste experience. I used to think Bon Chef's hollandaise was always the best... Now, since the new recipe, definitely not... Bland taste and far too runny. Doesn't even come close to the old one. I'll have to start looking for a new one.
Very good price/quality ratio. Can also be stored very well for unexpected, hungry visitors.
Very suitable with asparagus. Can also be prepared without the butter (to save calories) without any noticeable loss of flavor.
