Hello, what happened to the basil tofu? Was it taken out of the range? It would be a shame, it was very tasty.

Hello Tamarusch, thank you for your inquiry. We have not removed the product from our range, it has just been slightly revised. Here is the link to the new article: https://www.migros.ch/de/product/130931400000 Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello Why does the natural tofu in the new packaging have 5 times more salt? Unfortunately, I don't like the taste at all :-( Without having read the nutritional information, I realized at the first taste that something must be very different. What a shame :-( Because our whole family used to love this tofu as a snack with everything. Unfortunately, we will no longer be buying it.

Hello Steffi713, thank you for your question. We're sorry that the taste of the tofu didn't convince you recently! We are constantly working on improving and developing our products. This also includes regularly testing the sensory properties of our products. Sensory tests showed that our organic tofu nature was perceived as relatively bland and that our version with a higher salt content was better received. We have made the change accordingly. However, we have gladly taken your thoughts on board. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello Could I know who produces this tofu or which company produces it?

Hello Svinvin, thank you very much for your question. Tofu is produced by our own ELSA industry (it is also stated on the back of the product that it is produced by the M-Industrie). An article on tofu was published in issue 36 of Migros Magazine in French-speaking Switzerland: https://issuu.com/m-magazin/docs/migros-magazin-36-2022-f-ge?viewMode=magazine&mode=embed. I think this tofu is good. But for certain applications, other, firmer tofu varieties without so many air pockets would be desirable. So-called "firm", "extra firm" or "super firm" tofu, as found in English-speaking countries. Are there plans to expand the range in this respect in the future?

Hello Adrian7, thank you for your question. Good news: we are actually planning something. At the moment, however, we can't tell you when you'll find firmer tofu in our range - as the planning has not yet been completed. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

There are two pieces in this and similar tofu packs. Would it be possible to vacuum seal them individually? As a single person, it is very difficult for me to use up both pieces at once, which is why I rarely buy tofu.

Hello Migosa, thank you very much for your suggestion. The specialist department responsible has gladly taken your input on board. We are currently examining alternative packaging options with the aim of increasing the level of convenience for consumers. Portionability is also a major issue. We hope that there will soon be a suitable solution for you and that tofu will make it into your shopping basket more often. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

I would suggest, like the competition, to introduce "tempeh" as healthy fermented soy into the product range.

Hello carlos1977, thank you for your product request. We have great news for you: From next week, we will be introducing organic tempeh to our range. We hope you enjoy testing it now. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why is this tofu with reduced packaging more expensive than the other tofu with the cardboard packaging all around?

Hello Ivenhoe, thank you for your question. Unfortunately, we are not quite sure which product you are comparing the organic tofu with. Can you perhaps tell us the article number? If we are really only looking at the organic tofu, then the item in the reduced packaging is cheaper. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello Ivenhoe, thank you for your feedback. The price difference is due to the fact that we use organic Swiss soy in our tofu. The Sojaline tofu products you find on the cheese shelf mainly contain Chinese and Canadian soy. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
