The taste is great, but unfortunately the grind is much coarser than it used to be and contains hard stems.
It's great that thyme is available separately and not just in blends.
A very fine and tasty spice. A must-have in my household. I highly recommend it.

I would have liked to buy ground thyme, but I can grind it finely enough in my mortar.
The best with oil, lemon, water and garlic as a standard sauce for salmon in the oven
