How long should it boil? On the package 12-15 min, I did 20 min and it still seems hard.

Why does this spelt have such a short cooking time without soaking?
Hello Blueandviolettoo, thanks for the question. The spelt is peeled and cleaned after harvesting from the field. No other undercooking methods are used. The product is therefore natural. We verified the cooking time again immediately after receiving your message. To do this, we put the spelt in boiling water without soaking and cooked it once for 12 minutes and a second time for 15 minutes in boiling water.
