Yummy fiber and protein guaranteed

Very good! Quality ++.

Remains grainy, with a bite. Thanks to its short cooking time and interesting nutritional value, I often have it on the table. Very good warm or cold, with cooked or raw vegetables

Good and healthy

Super alternative to rice and co.

The flavor is very good. But I'm not sure whether it would be better to wash it first like the normal rice. It gives me stomach acid.

Hello, do you have to put water in to cook it? There is no indication on the packet other than that soaking is not necessary.
I used two cups of water for one cup of spelt. I boiled the water, put in the spelt, waited 10' put in salt and drained, as I had boiled with a lid on and there was quite a bit of water left.
It was surprisingly edible, but I'm sure it can be improved.
So, I have nothing to say against the product, but a minimum of cooking instructions would have been helpful, especially when you entice the customer with a tempting "presentation suggestion" on the packet and don't indicate how to get there.
That's why I'm giving it just one star, not because of the spelt or the quality of the product, but because of the lack of information.

Very good but not available everywhere

Great for coarsely grinding in bread dough

Great for salads
