Germany is stated as the country of origin. In the comments, however, the origin China is criticized on various occasions. Is this to be understood to mean that Migros sources the porcini mushrooms from Germany and Germany sources them from China?

What makes this porcini mushroom an organic product? Porcini mushrooms are not bred or cultivated. They are all collected somewhere in the forest, which is a scam!
It is difficult and time-consuming, but not impossible, porcini mushrooms can be cultivated if you inoculate the roots of potential partners and create a "porcini mushroom forest", perhaps the forest soils from this organic porcini mushroom production are particularly low in pollutants, every forest is polluted differently, just think of the Chernobyl Super Gau, just a possible explanation, a guess from me.

In order for wild mushrooms to be allowed to call themselves organic, the forest areas are inspected locally by an independent certification body. For example, no intensive farming is permitted in the region where the wild mushrooms grow. This ensures that the mushrooms do not come into contact with pesticides. Another important factor is traceability, which must be guaranteed for organic products right back to the place of cultivation/harvest. And while we're on the subject of corrections: In the sentence "For soaking and preparing... only containers made of...", I think the brackets are unnecessary or even out of place, as the reference to the container material is rather important.
