I find the cheese selection invitingly presented. For me, it's a "Gnusch" in the display cases. I also think it's a real shame that there is no longer an open cheese counter! I always used to buy much more cheese there. I don't understand the concept, because there are still employees who cut the cheese on site and then package it, and all the pieces are roughly the same size, but what am I supposed to do with a tiny 120g piece of Gruyère...
