What I like so much about organic cooking butter is the consistency. The butter softens much faster than the non-organic version. What bothers me, however, is the size of the "Mödeli". A butter mödeli weighs 250g. The organic Mödeli only weighs 220 g. This simply makes no sense and makes customers - at least me - feel like they are being taken for a ride. Of course, the weight is written on the packaging, but you can hardly see the difference in size when you reach into the chiller cabinet. It's only a 30 g difference. But it's a huge win for Migros. Well... that's just the way it is.
