How long does it take for a product to be changed and put back on sale after customers have complained here on migipedia or in the store? Is it also possible that the product is completely withdrawn from sale? Who decides this in the Migros Group?
Hello rengifo, customers' needs, preferences and tastes are very diverse and often contradictory. We can't generally say how long it will take for an item to be changed or added to the range. It depends on the urgency of the change.
When designing a range or a new item, past data and current trends and customer opinions are taken into account. Various internal and external tasting rounds and tests as well as supplier discussions, negotiations etc. then take place. The recipes / articles with the best feedback are then introduced into the range. The time aspect varies greatly in each case. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
