Could you please return to the darker slices? Or at least offer the bread as dark and thick slices? If you have to eat gluten-free bread, it's not really a pleasure. So it makes no sense to have more bread per slice, at least not for me.

Hi Alkc, we're sorry you're no longer happy with the thickness of the slice. We adjusted this as this was one of the requests we received in our surveys. You will therefore now only find 5 slices in the pack. The weight and price have not changed. We have passed your feedback on to the relevant specialist department. They will continue to keep an eye on the issue. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello Alkc, we're happy to share some great news with you: in response to a lot of customer feedback, we have decided to reduce the thickness of the slices of aha sliced bread from the current 16 mm to 14 mm. The new products will be available in supermarkets from the end of March. We hope you are pleased with these lines and that the farmer's bread will once again provide the tried and tested moments of pleasure. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why are there now only 5 thick slices in the pack?

Hello Calypsoo, thank you for the question. We adjusted the slice thickness of the bread as this was one of the requests we received during our surveys. However, the weight and price have not changed. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Is this bread also available "fresh"? I would love to have the recipe for it. Making great gluten-free bread at home is an impossibility. I've already tried all the flours and nothing works. Thank you very much for your feedback.

Hello Cooperli, unfortunately we cannot give out recipes. The recipe would not work the same in a normal household, as it was designed for industrial production. However, we can tell you that we are actually in the process of developing a similar recipe for the fresh bread shelf. I hope you can be patient a little longer. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

I used to like this bread very much, but since the slices have become so thick I no longer buy it. If the bread you mentioned 2 years ago was available on the fresh bread shelf, I would buy it because I could choose the thickness of the slices myself.

Hello customer4321, thank you for your feedback. We have good news for you: The bread slices will be changed back to the original thickness from the second calendar week next year. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Country bread aha has been unavailable for a few weeks. Will it be available again ? If yes, since when ? Thank you

Hi Zagor13, can you let us know what branch you usually shop at? Best regards, Your M-Infoline team

At the Migros in Agno. On your site, however, it appears to be unavailable at nearby branches as well.

The product will be available again in the branch from 14.2.2020, we had a supply interruption, this caused a temporary suspension of the sale. Your M-Infoline team

Is this bread also available unsliced? In other words, as a whole loaf so that it can also be used for various recipes? As a gluten-free fondue, oven bread with filling, etc.! Where can I get it unsliced?

This one is only available like this. However, the quinoa bread, a light baguette and several small loaves are available unsliced: https://produkte.migros.ch/sortiment/supermarkt/lebensmittel/baeckerei-confiserie-backen?region=gmbs&facets=label%7Eaha

Hello neda, thank you for your request. Unfortunately, the aha! farmhouse bread is only available sliced. We will be happy to take your input on board and check accordingly. As an alternative, we can offer you, as suggested by Kurumi, the aha! Quinoa bread (article 1114.473), which is available on the fresh bread shelf in larger stores. This is unsliced and can be used in different ways. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

WHY DOES THE VEGAN ANNOTATION APPEAR ON THE SACHET? Because egg "extracts" and milk proteins may be present.

Hallô Christine Vegan products do not contain milk or egg ingredients. The words "may contain..." on product packaging serve as a warning for allergy sufferers. It is affixed when there is a low risk of unintentional contamination by allergenic substances such as milk and eggs. Even the slightest traces of allergens can cause health problems for allergy sufferers. This warning also enables them to exclude from their diet, with a certain degree of security, such problematic products according to their type of allergy. Labeling a product with the European Vegetarian Union's V label guarantees that the product complies with the requirements of a vegetarian or vegan diet, and is thoroughly tested. The manufacturer of such a product is obliged to minimize as far as possible the risk of unintentional contamination by substances of animal origin. Swissveg and the Swiss Vegan Society are of the opinion that products labelled as containing traces of, for example, milk or eggs, are in principle also suitable for a vegan diet. At Migros, we share this position. The terms "may contain..." and vegan on our products are therefore not mutually exclusive. With best regards, your M-Infoline team
