At best, you are referring to the statement "naturally contains sugar". The latter is required by law if "no added sugar" (or in this case "no added sugar") is printed on the packaging. If you want vegan, do it yourself or go to specialty stores like @indios wrote, not everyone wants the vegan stuff.
