Always good bread
So disappointing. The yeast is always gray, even though the expiration date is still a long way off. I now buy my yeast from other retailers!
The yeast often turns gray before the expiration date, even though it is placed in the refrigerator immediately after purchase. I have had to discard many whole cubes. Disappointing quality.

Yeast always turns gray before its expiration date!
I have also experienced several times that the yeast has gone moldy several days before the expiration date and was therefore unusable, which is annoying!
I have bought yeast (almost seven times) that starts to go moldy after just a few days, even though the expiration date is usually still a long way off.
Dear Migros, after returning it to the store several times, I will buy my yeast at Coop. A change of supplier would be appropriate.

Very good yeast, to be used as soon as purchased. Do not rely on the expiration date.
