Since the new lid, the bottles are very difficult to open! Without a man, a woman would die of thirst. It was like this with every new container, not just once or by chance. Too bad

Hello MelE68, thank you very much for your comment. We're sorry that opening the bottles is difficult. We apologize for the inconvenience. Easy handling is important to us. That is why our manufacturer checks both the functionality and the calibration of the capping machine throughout the entire production process. With this procedure, we ensure that the closures are tight without impairing the opening of the containers. The fact that we have often been unable to achieve this since the changeover to the new lids is not to our liking. We therefore asked all departments involved to check the device and make the necessary fine adjustments. We hope you will find our approach helpful. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

There is a large Swiss cross on the label and the app says "Switzerland, country of origin". But the small print on the bottle says: *from foreign organic production! Why does Migros need such a fraudulent label? What a shame!

This refers to the lemon... the law allows it if 80% are of Swiss origin, I believe

Natural mineral water, carbonic acid, lemon extract*, lime extract* * From foreign organic production Most foods are processed natural products: At least 80% by weight of the raw materials used (where they exist in Switzerland) must originate from Switzerland in accordance with the law. In addition, the activity that gives the product its essential properties must take place in Switzerland. This is all legal and not a scam...

Hello remalivv, thank you for your question. As already mentioned by user Coacoa200, food law stipulates that if the majority of the weight comes from Switzerland and the main processing step takes place in Switzerland, it may be labeled as such. Here we have a product that contains almost exclusively Valais water from the Aproz spring. No citrus fruits are cultivated in Switzerland in the required quantities. The reference to the origin of the lemon and lime extracts, which are only contained in very small quantities in the product, is intended to show consumers transparently that the origin of these ingredients differs from the claim. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
