I'm a big fan of kale but unfortunately it always smells very stale when cut in the bag. The smell can be reduced somewhat after washing twice

Simply place the packet in the freezer and remove as required when cooking, putting the rest straight back. Tip: Cook the curry rice and sprinkle the leaves on top after 2/3 of the cooking time and steam with the rice.
