Does this puff pastry contain alcohol if it is not declared as an ingredient? What is the general situation with puff pastry?

My question: does Migros actually read the miserable reviews of Anna's Best Butter Puff Pastry? It would be interesting to read a statement on this. Or are you looking forward to a Kassensturz test of ready-rolled butter puff pastry? That would be very funny... :-))

Dear Migros team This is the best puff pastry on the Migros shelves - but it's never available. Even before Corona, it was as rare as polar bears in the desert. In my opinion, it can't be due to production bottlenecks - as far as I know, butter is not a rare commodity even in Corona times and palm oil(??!!!) based vegan puff pastry is available en masse up to and including closing time. Why the heck are butter puff pastries threatened with extinction? Is the margin on the product too small? It can't be because of the demand...

Due to the corona situation, the demand for the doughs was very high - this led to shortages. We are pleased to inform you that the butter doughs are expected to be available again from next week. Dear Migro team, unfortunately I can't take anything away from your answer! As already described in the question above, the dough was rarely or never available even long before Corona. Every time I wanted to buy it, there was none! (Migros Langnau i.E.) so this cannot be due to Corona! I think it's more likely that it's due to the high demand for BUTTER-BLÄTTERTEIG that it's always sold out straight away. In the end I made the dough myself. best regards

Why the heck can't you find any butter puff pastry in the stores?
