Great taste and actually 5 stars. But the processing really takes nerve and, above all, speed. I now put it in the freezer for a few minutes before use.
why isn't there a round version?
Really good! Looks like homemade pastry. Crisp, you can smell the butter.

Fine puff pastry.
Almost the only butter! puff pastry. Many others are made with palm oil which doesn't make it any better. Was a bit too soft, even straight from the fridge.

The taste is delicious, but if you don't manage to process it within 10 seconds, it sticks completely to the paper. As the paper is of such poor quality and absorbs moisture so quickly, it can no longer be removed and tears the paper when it comes off.
Super fine puff pastry!
Important tip, e.g. for small puff pastries (nut pastries)!
As the puff pastry quickly becomes sticky when it heats up, it is essential to place two iced cooling bags on the left and right under the baking tray. This keeps the dough stable and makes it easier to work with.
Worked really well for us.
