I am interested to know whether Migros produces this balsamic vinegar itself and has its own vinegar factories in Switzerland. Or possibly abroad. Or are all vinegar products from other companies?

After completing our investigations, we can confirm that we found no signs of abnormalities either in the samples we received or in the associated production documents. The processing was carried out in accordance with the specified guidelines, whereby we deliberately use so-called "snap ring" closures. The latter offer the advantage that it is immediately apparent whether the product is still originally sealed. The lid formats therefore make an important contribution to product safety and are often used in the food industry. In view of these results, we cannot explain the specific reason for your experience. As an immediate measure, we are continuing to monitor the issue closely in order to make immediate adjustments if necessary. Hello Cheesle, thank you for your question. No changes have been made to the recipe and production of Alnatura Aceto Balsamico di Modena. The aceto is still vegan according to the trace information and ingredients. Due to a change in the packaging design, we had to remove the vegan flower for reasons of space.
