Hello, the rubber on the castors of the Alma laundry basket has come loose. Can I order new ones, do you have them in stock at Micasa? Mfg

The wheels disintegrate, but only over the years. Even then, it would be more sustainable to replace them at your own expense!

I have the same problem. The rubber has come off one of the wheels. This means I can no longer roll the basket and therefore can no longer use it. The fact that there are no spare parts for this item is very, very poor, especially for a product that is not cheap. This now means buying a new basket: cost: CHF 89.95, instead of a few CHF for a new wheel. -). @Migros: I am very, very disappointed :-). Then I will definitely look / buy elsewhere now

The castors have an overall height of 67 mm, a Ø of 50 mm and an M10 thread, which should be 10-14 mm long. Four such castors cost approx. Fr. 12 at amazon.

The bags are produced, so Migros should be able to buy some from the producer.
