The laundry basket itself is top *****
Unfortunately, I also received a Monday model with crooked wheels - but I have already disposed of the boxes with the delivery bill and washed the laundry bag.
Migros cannot be held responsible for this defect; the Asian manufacturer should have ruled it out with quality control.
I will have to find a solution with customer service as to how best to organize the tiresome exchange by post and without a box...
Addendum a few days later: Customer service solved the problem in no time at all, I am very satisfied (see below) - thank you very much!!!

It was probably a faulty model - one wheel hangs crookedly in the air with no grip and there's nothing you can do about it. Will go back, next purchase probably in a store where you can check the thing (had exactly this basket before for over 20 years! - It's actually a very sturdy, good thing and I'd actually like the same one again).
