Dear Migros, why do you use these new, annoying plastic bags for many products (e.g. all organic products)? They break every time you open them. Besides, if you're already trying to get your customers to take fewer plastic bags at the checkout, why don't you repack products that used to be in paper in plastic?
Hello JWirth, thank you for your question and your patience. We apologize that you are only hearing from us now. We deliberately opted for the plasticized bag for this product. As this is a baking mix for allergy sufferers, the focus here was on product and consumer protection. Unfortunately, there were often complaints about the previous packaging. For example, if a conventional flour bag on the shelf was damaged, flour residue could fall onto Aha flours, which could lead to contamination. We also had various requests from customers who wanted the product in a plastic bag. We are therefore currently stocking both formats to find out which customer need is greater: product protection or more environmentally friendly packaging.
