Hi Anne132243243, here's the list of ingredients for our aha! puff pastry: water, corn starch, vegetable oils and fats (palm, rapeseed), rice flour, pea flour, vegetable dietary fiber (potato, rice, peas, psyllium seed coatings), thickeners : E 415 and E 464, alcohol, buckwheat flour, cooking salt, natural flavor, transglutaminase, acidifier: citric acid. Hello The product "Aha! puff pastry" is listed as stock 11 in the Bern Marktgasse store. However, when enquiring in the store, the product is unknown, even after asking the staff! There is also no space in the rack! How can this be? Yours sincerely, J. R
