Unfortunately, these tortillas tasted like cardboard.
Good but not great, oven toasted (covered with alu) just out of the oven, they became crackers and the taste was not optimal.
While pan roasted a few seconds per side, and then sealed inside a container (to create some moisture), they were good and pliable.
Terrible. Tastes like cardboard, breaks apart.
Tiptop in taste. Unfortunately, they became brittle quite quickly when cooked in the oven.
Well, they don't taste that great and break when rolled up. But it's good that they're gluten-free.
I appreciate that it is pure corn flour. Brittleness is undisputed, but an acceptable compromise for taste without wheat.
