Love this tofu! Very versatile & healthy. Pack is sometimes difficult to open.
The taste is really good, but the price/performance ratio is not right at all. The price is not justifiable at all and I'm sure that once again a good margin is being made - because it's organic and hip and trendy and people are paying for it... It's also really unnecessary that this product contains so much salt - 1.16g of salt for 230g of tofu! According to the WHO recommendation (5g salt per day), this already covers 1/5 of the daily salt requirement. Fortunately, there are many alternatives that cost 3 times less, are also organic (EU tofu) and are practically salt-free. Rant over, thanks for coming to my TED talk.
