Please also include the recipe book for quark tart, which is missing. If I had known that you were leaving it out, I would have kept one. Now I need to adjust the quantity. Not great, therefore only 4☆

Too sweet, especially if you add berries or chocolate, coffee or similar. You could sweeten the cream yourself if necessary.
