Hello, I have noticed several times now that a layer of fat accumulates on the bottom when the chips are placed upright in the cupboard. This was not the case with the previous packaging. What is the reason for this?

Potatoes are a natural product and the end product has a different fat content depending on the type of potato. Unfortunately, you cannot control the fat content by frying. If bags of potato chips are stored for a long time and heat is added, oil can leak through the sealed seam. Of course, this should not happen. The manufacturer is therefore working on optimizations. Hello, I have noticed that several Zweifel chips contain smoke flavors. As a former alcoholic in withdrawal therapy, I was instructed by my doctors to avoid all alcoholic ingredients, even in minimal quantities. What many people don't know, however, is that many flavorings contain alcohol as a carrier during the extraction process, so very small amounts of alcohol residue end up in the final product, but enough to trigger the brain cells.
Could you please clarify for me whether the flavorings used in Zweifel are based on alcoholic carriers?
